Madam Speaker 11:15 a.m.
Hon Members, the Official Report is not ready. We will take that on another day. So we now move to the Laying of Papers.
Majority Leader/Leader of the House (Mr. A. S. K. Bagbin) 11:15 a.m.
Madam Speaker, I am informed by the Appointments

Tomorrow, we will be receiving His Excellency the President, and therefore it will not be possible to discuss any such report, that is why I said on Friday, 20th February, 2009.

I will take it that Hon Members accept this proposal and I will proceed to move that the House do now adjourn till tomorrow at 10.00 in the forenoon where we will reconvene to continue the Business. I beg to move.

Minority Leader (Mr. Osei Kyei-

Mensah-Bonsu): Madam Speaker, I rise to second the motion as proposed by the Hon Majority Leader. But in doing so, to remind -- He indeed said that we are adjourning till tomorrow 10.00 o'clock in the forenoon.

As we do know, the President will be delivering the State of the Nation Address, and if it will be coming on, and I know it will be coming on, Hon Members will be required to be here much earlier than the usual time. Madam Speaker, I beg to second the motion.

Question put and motion agreed to.
